International Humanitarian law

The Egyptian Red Crescent (ERC)in cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) mission in Cairo holds training sessions for the youth of the ERC and other organizations on the establishment of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent(IRCRC) Movement and the principles of International Humanitarian Law.

The course period is being held from four to six days. It includes topics on the IRCRC Movement establishment,components, ratified emblems,and basic principles;the International Humanitarian Law principles; Geneva Conventions and Additional Protocols;IRCRC strategies;and the activities of the ICRC and the ERC in investigation and reunification field.
